Auction it TODAY has an extremely flexible and affordable financing plan to help keep your business strong right from the beginning. Leasing can be structured in many ways. Most of our leases have been written as simple financing leases, comparable to conventional bank term loans. We offer 24, 36, 48 & 60-month terms with ownership transferring to the lessee after the last regular payment. For a $19,000 package, we typically will collect a $4,000 deposit plus $250 documentation fee and then finance the balance for 48 months at $435 or $460 with insurance.
